Everything is immaculate, thoroughly enjoyed my time here. A special thanks to absolutely friendly staff. The breakfast offers a good choice of cheese and meats.

Make sure you stay in the double room with a balcony. It has good central location in a comfortable place.

The hotel had a central position right by the main Tourist attraction as well as the airport. Btw, I was relatively close to Cathar Castles. The room was spacious and huge, offered useful things, such as a microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was great. The room was spotless and huge with a coffee maker, a lounge, and a kettle. City view was a pleasant bonus.

They offered spotless and huge rooms with a balcony. An electric kettle, fridges, and glassware were an advantage. The great and perfect location was near Memorial House Museum.

The location was perfect, with beautiful shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. The Fortified City was also within walking distance, making it convenient for sightseeing. The host, Amelie, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is a hidden gem, with stunning Art Deco windows and a distinctive green balcony. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. The French breakfasts were a true delight, with an array of delicious options to choose from. I highly recommend staying here for a memorable and enjoyable visit.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, had very pleasant experience. We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, though everything was immaculate. Its location at a short distance from Place Carnot was unbeatable. You could walk to shopping streets and a supermarket.

I arrived at La Maison De L' Ambassadeur Carcassonne after a long and tiring walk from the train station in extreme heat. Despite arriving early for check-in, the staff kindly allowed me to drop off my bags. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the restroom due to cleaning, but the staff suggested nearby cafes. The hotel itself is a beautiful historical building with spacious rooms full of charm. My top floor room had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the heatwave. In the morning, I enjoyed helping myself to yogurt, coffee, and fruits from the refrigerator. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy walking distance to the walled fortress and a plaza with cafes nearby. The staff, particularly Amelie, was welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its elegance, location, and friendly staff.

It's just what we needed.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, yet everything was excellent. Overall it was reasonably large and fashionable with balconies. Having an electronic key card, a coffeemaker and a dining area was very convenient. The staff and the host were all amiable and helpful.

The location offered was marvellous next to the cafes and the airport. I had coffee at Cafe de la Comedie, located within 5 minutes walk.

We absolutely loved the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms at this grand Bed & Breakfast. the bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the soundproofing worked wonders for a light sleeper like me. the breakfast spread, with its crispy baguette, croissant, pain du chocolat, cheese, chacuterie. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, and there were amazing restaurants just around the corner. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the two living rooms provided ample space for relaxation and socializing.

Location: the hotel was next to shopping street as well as the old town. The place was next door to Le Rideau Rouge, where you can have dinner. I booked a double room, it was huge and had climate control and coffee. The bathroom was nice and fine.
